SPAR launched its new website and mobile site in January, 2010. Creuna has had primary responsibility for the total solution and worked with everything from concept, interaction design and graphic design to technical implementation.
SPAR is focused on giving the customer good personal service and determined that the customer experiences its stores as more than just a place to shop. At SPAR, the customer is to have the opportunity to increase their knowledge about food and get useful services that are adapted to local needs. The digital services are built with the intention of promoting this, driving customers to the stores and underscoring SPAR’s slogan: ”You know us.”
SPAR wanted to establish a multichannel project with the goal of coordinating communication through a number of digital channels and effectively engaging with customers in their new digital daily lives. Creuna has had primary responsibility for the total solution and worked with everything from concept, interaction design and graphic design to technical implementation.
The result is a platform for marketing and communication on the mobile and the web, with local adaptations and the possibility to communicate directly with the customers that so wish.
