Libresse's “Make your voice heard” campaign has been nominated as a finalist in one of the world's most prestigious PR competitions – The Sabre Awards. The campaign was conducted by Creuna in cooperation with Prime PR, Trigger and Skugge & Co.
The Sabre Awards is one of the most respected competitions in the world in Public Relations. The winner will be announced in London on May 26. With its “Make your voice heard” campaign, Libresse is one of the five finalists in the “Special audience: Marketing to women” category. The campaign was launched in the Summer of 2009, in which women across the Nordic Region could compose a message and share their innermost thoughts about things such as menstruation, friendship and love. A total of 14,600 contributions were received from across the Nordic Region—4,000 from Sweden—and one hundred were selected for publication in the book The Blood Bible, published by Vulkan. Together with Trigger, Creuna was the organiser behind the campaign's design and implementation.
The winners of the Sabre Awards will presented at a gala in London on May 26. SABRE is an acronym for Superior Achievement in Branding and Reputation and is arranged annually by The Holmes Group. This year nearly 2,000 entries from 28 countries will be competing.
Libresse's previous design campaigns have won considerable attention and various awards. The innovative Libresse Nordic Design Challenge campaign was launched in 2007 and won a silver medal for Digital Campaign of the Year at Spinn 2007 and a double gold medal at IPRA's international PR Golden Awards competition in the "Best Use of PR" and "Most Creative Campaign" categories in the spring of 2008.
