Online consumer branding

Libresse is a feminine hygiene brand, owned by the consumer goods company SCA. Creuna has worked with Libresse since 1998. We are currently Libresse’s strategic and creative partner for brand development and communication within digital media.

The Creuna-Libresse relationship spans a wide range of services, including digital strategy, design, graphics and technical production, roll out and administration of Libresse’s European websites and campaigns.

Libresse’s early insight into the importance and advantages of digital communication has resulted in a fantastic dialogue between the target group and Libresse. The concept of involving the consumer has consisted of offering a social network site for subjects that are closely related to menstruation and Libresse’s products – the body, beauty & health and relationships. Users produce their own material, thoughts and hints, which are successfully woven into centrally and locally produced content and campaigns. Close dialogue with consumers has helped distinguish the brand, form loyalty and create interest in Libresse’s products, in addition to expanding the area in which Libresse can act.

In March 2008, Libresse simultaneously launched its new website in twelve markets. The objective is to increase the brand's digital presence and interactivity on the Internet. The new website is modern, with a lighter and simpler design that is consistent with Libresse’s revised brand strategy. It also allows different countries to work on their own activities on a local level on the website.

The new website was launched in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, England, Holland, France, Italy, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
