Fibertex is one of the leading producers of textiles for personal hygiene, flooring and industry. It is an internationally oriented company with about 800 employees in Denmark and its subsidiaries.

The challenge

Fibertex is an innovative company that focuses on optimising its service and dialogue with its many target groups. Therefore, it allocates significant resources to further developing its online communication and digital service. As part of these efforts, the group wished to collect all of its web solutions in a new, modern platform.

The solution

Creuna has developed a new digital strategy for Fibertex that comprises internet, extranet and intranet. A new group website brands Fibertex as a professional organisation and supports the marketing of Fibertex's underlying business areas. In addition, Fibertex wished to improve its dialogue with end users; therefore, Creuna developed the subsite, "Home & Garden", in which users can find home and garden inspiration, download guides, ask questions, etc.

Creuna has delivered a full range of services, ranging from strategy, to design and implementation on a platform that makes it easy for Fibertex to maintain and continually develop its websites. The solution is developed on the new Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. It can be integrated with the other products in the Microsoft Office system, giving Fibertex the ability to support work processes and projects.
